Adrienne Dabrowski, Business Development Associate
Adrienne Dabrowski joined Emerling Floss Murphy & Associates in February 2026 as a Business Development Associate, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience across the insurance industry. Her background spans roles with AssurePartners/Gallagher, Hoffman & Hanafin, M&T Insurance Agency, and LoVullo Associates, where she developed a well-rounded, client-focused approach as a generalist.
A graduate of Buffalo State College with a Bachelor of Science in Design, Adrienne also holds multiple industry designations, including ACSR, AINS, and CLCS. Her diverse experience and commitment to continuous learning allow her to deliver thoughtful, informed solutions to clients and colleagues alike.
Adrienne’s favorite part of working in the insurance industry is the people. She values the relationships she has built throughout her career and enjoys the fact that no two days are ever the same.
Outside of the office, Adrienne is an avid reader who often has several books going at once. She enjoys escaping to her rustic cabin in the woods, where she can unplug and recharge surrounded by nature. A proud dog lover, she shares her home with three dogs and would happily have more if she could.
Originally from the Town of Tonawanda, Adrienne now resides in Amherst.
