Alyssa Fursman joined EFM&A in April 2025, bringing with her a strong background in customer service, wellness, and client engagement. With experience at Medical Answering Services and as a personal trainer, Alyssa has developed the ability to stay composed under pressure, build meaningful connections, and deliver exceptional service with energy and empathy.

Originally from Dryden, NY and now based in Tonawanda, Alyssa is passionate about clear communication, helping others, and fostering positive relationships—values that align seamlessly with the EFM&A culture.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys sharing workout inspiration on social media, spending time with her two dogs, and hanging out with her tuxedo cat, Pixie. Her upbeat attitude and client-first mindset make her a great addition to the team.
