Donald Minderler joined EFM&A as Controller in April 2025, bringing with him a background in finance, risk management, and hands-on operational leadership. A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, Donald holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Risk Management and Insurance.
Prior to joining EFM&A, Donald spent four years at Parco Building Systems, where he combined his financial expertise with practical experience in the concrete trade and construction management. This unique blend of field and finance gives him a well-rounded, solutions-oriented perspective—an asset to both internal operations and client-facing initiatives.
A lifelong Lockport native and proud member of the Western New York community, Donald is excited to bring his skillset to EFM&A. His leadership and analytical mindset are already making a positive impact.
