Kelly Hawerbier, Commercial Lines Account Manager
Kelly Hawerbier joined Emerling Floss Murphy & Associates in July 2026 as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, bringing more than 15 years of insurance industry experience. Throughout her career, she has worked with CW Baker, Russell Bond, and InsureOne, developing expertise in Commercial and Specialty Lines.
Kelly enjoys partnering with businesses at every stage of their journey, especially new ventures. She is passionate about educating clients, helping them understand their coverage, and building insurance programs that protect their hard work and future success. One of her proudest accomplishments was designing a complex insurance solution for a law office that required professional liability, cyber liability, and excess cyber coverage while successfully negotiating the waiver of an umbrella requirement to meet the client’s needs.
Her dedication to exceptional client service has earned her multiple industry recognitions, including InsureOne’s Best of the Best honors in both 2024 and 2025.
A Lockport native, Kelly is looking forward to returning to her hometown. Outside the office, she enjoys knitting blankets and scarves, is a proud stepmom to two sons, a devoted dog mom, and admits to being a “late-in-life Swiftie.” She and her husband also enjoy watching wonderfully bad movies together.
