Madison Bedient, Director of First Impressions

Madison Bedient joined Emerling Floss Murphy & Associates in September 2025, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and client relations. She earned her Associate’s degree from the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute and began her professional career at Geico, where she spent five years developing expertise in problem-solving, client support, and building lasting relationships. Known for her ability to de-escalate stressful situations, Madison takes pride in her calm and empathetic approach that leaves clients with a positive and lasting first impression.

At EFM&A, Madison values being the first point of contact for customers and enjoys the opportunity to connect with people, listen to their concerns, and provide the reassurance and guidance they need. She is detail-oriented, thrives under pressure, and is committed to delivering the high level of service that defines the agency.

A lifelong resident of Lockport, NY, Madison also enjoys a busy and fulfilling life outside of work. She and her husband, Matt, recently welcomed their first child, a son named Maverick, and she is also a devoted dog mom to two Yorkies, Minnow and Mocha. In her free time, she enjoys fishing with her family, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and running her own Buffalo-inspired small business that offers unique hair accessories and apparel.
