Meet Alyssa Fursman: Bringing Client-First Service to EFM&A

We’re proud to welcome Alyssa Fursman to Emerling Floss Murphy & Associates. Alyssa joined in April 2025 with a strong background in customer service, wellness, and client engagement. Her previous experience at Medical Answering Services and as a personal trainer honed her ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and connect meaningfully with clients.

Originally from Dryden and now living in Tonawanda, Alyssa brings a positive, client-first attitude that aligns perfectly with EFM&A’s values. Outside of work, she shares workout inspiration on social media, enjoys time with her two dogs, and relaxes with her tuxedo cat, Pixie.
