EFM&A Welcomes Controller Donald Minderler

Emerling Floss Murphy & Associates is proud to welcome Donald Minderler as our new Controller. A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with a degree in Business Administration, Donald majored in Finance and minored in Risk Management and Insurance.

Before joining EFM&A in April 2025, Donald spent four years at Parco Building Systems, blending financial expertise with hands-on experience in construction management and the concrete trade. A lifelong Lockport native and son of founding partner Mary Murphy, Donald brings both family legacy and a fresh, solutions-driven perspective to the agency.
