Tina Heilbrun, Commercial Lines Processor

Tina Heilbrun joined Emerling Floss Murphy & Associates in December 2021 and brings warmth, energy, and professionalism to every interaction in her role as Director of First Impressions. In addition to welcoming clients and supporting the front office, Tina also serves as a BDA Assistant and Commercial Lines Processing Assistant, contributing to the smooth operation of multiple departments.

A graduate of Wilson Central High School, Tina came to EFM&A with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, despite having no prior experience in the insurance industry. With the support and encouragement of her colleagues, she quickly learned the protocols and terminology needed to thrive in her role. Her favorite part of the job is the supportive team environment and the opportunities she’s had to grow within the company.

Tina, originally from Wilson, NY, resides in Lockport, NY. She is proud to be part of a team that values client service and employee development.
